Junior Analyst - General Accounting

JLL is seeking a Junior Analyst in General Accounting to support the Client Accounts Team. This role involves managing income and expenditure, preparing client reports, and assisting with statutory reporting. The position requires basic accounting knowledge, good computer literacy, and strong organizational skills.

• Support raising of rental income and maintenance of rent deposits
• Manage accounting for other income and maintain income reconciliations
• Process tenant refunds and produce completion statements
• Liaise with site staff for accurate service charge expenditure
• Assist with production of regular client reports and banking summaries
• Complete banking summaries for clients within agreed timeframes
