• Lead the supervision team of Record to Report (Intercompany)
• Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational objectives
• Perform administrative tasks related to personnel
• Carry out development conversations and follow up with personnel
• Keep track of all accounting activities in the month-end close
• Find opportunities for continuous improvement of processes
