Accounting Analyst I

Everest is seeking an Accounting Analyst I to support various accounting, financial analysis, and reporting functions for our investment portfolio. This hybrid role involves preparing statutory and GAAP disclosures, participating in the close process, and performing reconciliations and ad-hoc analyses. You will collaborate with financial reporting and investment management teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Accounting and reporting of investments on U.S. GAAP and Statutory basis
• Participate in monthly and quarterly investment close process
• Prepare U.S. statutory investment schedules and U.S. GAAP/SEC disclosures
• Assist with local reporting for foreign branches and subsidiaries
• Perform account reconciliations and provide financial analyses
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience required
