Glencore is seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to support its Finance function in Johannesburg. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing vendor costs, processing intercompany transactions, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a CA(SA) qualification, 2 years of post-qualification experience, and proficiency in SAP S4 Hana.

What we are looking for

Review vendor costs and assign appropriate ledger codes
Perform general ledger and intercompany reconciliations
Process journal entries and support financial reporting
Assist with budget preparation and ad hoc financial analysis
Qualified CA(SA) with Big 4 articles and 2 years post-qualification experience
Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana, Analysis for Office, and Excel
