Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role involves providing strategic financial insights, scenario modeling, and guidance to business stakeholders and junior analysts. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, preferably within the manufacturing or related sectors, and strong analytical and communication skills.

• Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Conduct complex financial analysis and scenario modeling
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Mentor and guide senior and junior finance analysts
• Experience in product costing and pricing is a must
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAC, CFIN, and Power BI
