Intactfc is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Business Advisor to join their Strategy & Transformation team in Calgary. This role focuses on enhancing business processes and operational effectiveness within the Claims function, driving efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service through continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead projects to enhance efficiency and address operational challenges in Claims West
• Assess operational challenges, map processes, and identify root causes
• Reimagine outcome-focused processes and lead portfolio-level performance
• Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives from ideation to implementation
• Build stakeholder relationships and collaborate with subject-matter experts
• Optimize claims management models and ways of working
