Intermediate Accountant, Financial Reporting & Insights

BDO is seeking an Intermediate Accountant for their Financial Reporting & Insights team in Huntsville. This role involves preparing financial statements, tax returns, and information slips for a variety of clients. You will build client relationships, resolve accounting issues, and contribute to business development and team mentoring.

• Prepare compilation engagements, financial statements, and working paper files
• Prepare and review corporate, personal, trust, and partnership tax returns
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Identify and resolve accounting and bookkeeping issues
• Participate in business development and identify new opportunities
• Mentor junior team members
