Financial Controller

As the senior finance leader for the English-Speaking Africa Cluster, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving financial performance, governance, and profitable growth across multiple markets. This role involves leading business planning, forecasting, and financial reporting, while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance. You will also champion process improvements and develop a high-performing finance team.

• Strategic commercial finance business partner to Country Manager and Leadership Team
• Lead business planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, internal controls, and financial stewardship
• Drive profitable growth through financial insights and decision support
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
• 10-15+ years finance leadership experience in multinational organizations
