About this role

As an Associate, Personal CFO, you will perform essential bookkeeping and accounts payable functions to support high-net-worth individuals and families. This role involves meticulous record-keeping, vendor management, and financial statement preparation, contributing to the simplification and preservation of client wealth.

What we are looking for

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping functions
Manage vendor maintenance, including W-9 and NDA processes
Record vendor invoices and process Form 1099s
Reconcile bank, brokerage, and credit card statements
Maintain client files and respond to client requests
Bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of accounting experience

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
