Accounting Specialist

Neogen is seeking an Accounting Specialist for its Mexico and Guatemala operations. This role focuses on revenue recognition, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls, requiring expertise in US GAAP/local GAAP and SOX controls. The specialist will analyze accounting matters, resolve complex issues, and drive process improvements in a multinational environment.

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations
• Analyze revenue transactions for accurate recognition
• Execute and maintain SOX controls
• Support internal and external audits
• Experience with SAP B1 and US GAAP/IFRS
