Accountant

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an Accountant to perform core accounting functions, including budget monitoring, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation. This role requires independent judgment and discretion in managing significant financial matters within our healthcare system.

• Monitor purchases against budget
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
• Oversee payroll and capital expenditures
• Reconcile cash accounts and monitor cash flow
• Prepare financial statements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
