Sr. Financial Analyst

BMO is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Chicago to support the Debt Capital Solutions business. This role involves monitoring financial performance, reporting, and supporting planning and forecasting processes. You will also provide controllership oversight for loan fee activity and partner with various teams to ensure accuracy and drive insights.

• Drive financial reporting and performance analysis for Debt Capital Solutions
• Analyze financial results and large data sets to identify trends and opportunities
• Partner with Business, Strategy, Operations, and Accounting teams
• Provide controllership oversight of loan-fee activity
• Investigate and resolve differences across multiple data sources
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
