• Oversee monthly close activities and journal entries
• Analyze actuals vs. estimates and explain trends
• Prepare key monthly metrics and management reports
• Support operational accounting and improve processes
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Marketing, and Land teams
• Assist in budget and forecasting processes
