Senior Financial Analyst

Join Manulife and John Hancock as a Senior Financial Analyst in Toronto, supporting the GA Accounting & Reporting team. You will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of accounting for General Fund assets, legal entity consolidations, and reporting. This role involves preparing and analyzing financial reports, coordinating audits, performing reconciliations, and contributing to projects.

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and ad-hoc financial reports
• Coordinate year-end financial audits for subsidiaries
• Perform periodic controls and reconciliations
• Analyze financial information for adherence to standards
• Train and supervise offshore team members
• Prepare accounting models for transactions
