Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst at JLL, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, including expense and debtor management, invoice processing, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial activities, contributing to the company's mission of shaping a brighter future for real estate.

• Manage expense, debtors, and vendor payments
• Monitor and review financial KPIs and contract changes
• Coordinate client accruals, forecasts, and cash flow management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports and variance analyses
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure data integrity and maintain financial system controls
