Senior Accountant

Greystar is seeking a Senior Accountant to support parent company partnership accounting, including financial reporting and balance sheet governance. This role involves executing accounting functions for legal entities, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. You will analyze financial information, reconcile statements, and prepare reports for management.

• Analyze financial information and prepare journal entries
• Oversee income statement variance analysis for legal entities
• Review accounting documents and resolve discrepancies
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Implement process improvements for efficiency
