Staff Accountant

RXO is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their finance team in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role involves performing and coordinating accounting responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting month-end closes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of accounting experience.

• Perform and coordinate accounting responsibilities
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely compilation and recording of accounting information
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting closes
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconciliations
• Prepare and review journal entries
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
