Senior Accountant

Join our Corporate Accounting team as a Senior Accountant, where you will play a vital role in preparing SEC filings and quarterly earnings materials. • Assist in preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and earnings releases
• Manage accounting for stock-based compensation, deferred compensation, and pension plans
• Support group health and self-insurance reserve calculations
• Ensure SOX 404 compliance and document internal controls
• Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, actuaries, and auditors
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
