Financial Analyst I

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Financial Analyst I to partner with business leaders, analyze monthly activity, and build forecasts. You will investigate financial variances, perform month-end close tasks, and create "what-if" financial analysis. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 1-3 years of experience.

• Analyze monthly activity and build monthly forecasts
• Investigate and determine root cause of monthly financial variances
• Deliver timely and accurate month-end close tasks
• Create meaningful ad hoc "what-if" financial analysis
• Develop tools, processes, and models to provide meaningful information
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous process improvement
