Plant Controller, FP&A Manager

Abbott is seeking a Plant Controller, FP&A Manager for their Heart Failure division in Atlanta, Georgia. This role leads financial activities for the plant, ensuring internal controls, accurate financial data, and operational efficiency. You will provide financial guidance, manage budgeting, costing, and analysis, and interact with various stakeholders.

• Lead financial activities for the plant, ensuring internal controls and operational efficiency
• Provide financial guidance, strategic direction, and business plan design
• Manage financial planning and analysis, product standard costing, and inventory control
• Oversee capital investment analysis, fixed asset control, and accounting systems
• Serve as the financial point of contact for local government, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Develop and implement financial and operational measurement tools for productivity improvements
