Financial Coordinator

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Financial Coordinator to support the Cancer Center Protocol Office. This role involves administrative assistance for research study charge review, invoicing, compliance, reconciliation, and budget development under the guidance of the Finance Manager. The position offers a remote work arrangement.

• Review research billing in EPIC medical records software
• Analyze clinical trial budgets and accounts for correct charge routing
• Correct charge-related errors and communicate findings
• Invoice study sponsors for services rendered
• Conduct internal reconciliations and provide process feedback
• Perform financial and productivity analyses
