Accounting Associate

IMEG is seeking an Accounting Associate to process vendor payments and cash receipts, ensuring accurate data entry and invoicing. You will resolve invoicing questions, support accounts payable and cash receipt workflows, and maintain organized payment records. • Process vendor payments and cash receipts
• Resolve invoicing questions and support AP/AR workflows
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized payment records
• Collaborate with internal staff and external vendors
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• 2 years of accounting experience or equivalent education preferred
