Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will own critical accounting processes, conduct complex analyses to drive informed decision-making, and ensure adherence to accounting policies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for intricate issues, leading process improvements and the implementation of new accounting procedures across the organization.

• Owns and executes accounting processes and complex financial analysis
• Leads development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Serves as the first escalation point for complex systems or policy issues
• Drives adoption of new accounting processes and systems organization-wide
• Identifies and recommends improvements for accounting gaps and opportunities
• Executes and ensures effectiveness of business controls
