Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with business leaders to drive financial performance through insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will own core financial processes, identify performance drivers, and translate complex data into clear recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This role is crucial for enhancing financial controls and improving the accuracy and value of our financial reporting.

• Own monthly financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for an assigned portfolio
• Analyze revenue streams and operating drivers to explain performance variances
• Prepare clear commentary linking financial results to business drivers
• Calculate and administer internal commissions and variable compensation
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial reporting and analysis
