Project Accountant

Join our Shared Services Finance team in Panama as a Project Accountant. You will partner with Project Managers to ensure the financial health of projects from setup through completion, managing contracts, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Manage project setup, contract administration, and billing
• Monitor Work-in-Progress and Accounts Receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and FASB ASC 606
• Prepare and review project financial reports and invoices
• 3+ years of project accounting experience
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Consulting industry preferred
