Premium Accounting Specialist

As a Premium Accounting Specialist at Brown & Brown, you will manage the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth cash flow. You will reconcile premium transactions, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve billing issues, serving as a key link between policy administration and finance teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Manage and reconcile insurance premium transactions
• Oversee accounts receivable and collections process
• Communicate with insured, agents, and internal departments
• Resolve financial discrepancies and cash application issues
• Support month-end close activities and departmental projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
