About this role
HUB International is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the monthly closing process, including cash receipts, payables, and journal entries. You will also prepare balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
What we are looking for
6- Assist with month-end closing processes and G/L system reporting
- Prepare accurate balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconcile incoming cash receipts and process journal entries
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Requires 1+ year of accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Intermediate Excel skills required
