About this role
As a Financial Analyst on the Engines Finance team, you will be an embedded financial partner, developing deep expertise in the business to guide critical cost and performance decisions. You will transform operational and financial data into clear insights, identify performance drivers, and connect program activities to Blue Origin's long-term financial goals. This role requires a hands-on problem solver who can build transparent models, reconcile data, and create repeatable analyses using tools like Excel and SQL.
What we are looking for 6
- Support recurring FP&A cycles including forecasts and annual operating plans
- Perform detailed variance and trend analysis, tracing results to operational drivers
- Develop deep working knowledge of assigned program elements and cost drivers
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models and document assumptions
- Query, reconcile, and validate data from ERP and planning platforms
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to improve self-service and reduce manual effort
