Development Accountant

Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time Accountant to join their Finance and Accounting department. This role will oversee development expenditures, reconciliations, and data keeping, partnering with the Development Controller and Corporate Finance. It's an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to build a stable career in a structured accounting environment.

• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare schedules and documentation for external audits
• Support internal control processes and policy adherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction or Land/Real Estate Development
