Lead Accounting Specialist

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing processes
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with revenue collection, including Medicaid and fee-based receipts
• Process daily and monthly laboratory billing and Newborn Screening invoices
• Track and manage fixed assets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
