Senior Accountant

Covestro is seeking a Senior Accountant to execute General Accounting operations with a focus on IFRS/CKA guidelines. This role involves analyzing financial data, supporting audits, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. You will collaborate with various departments and contribute to critical accounting processes.

• Execute General Accounting operations and ensure IFRS/CKA compliance
• Analyze rebates, commissions, and intangible/fixed assets
• Liaise with Tax group on audits and transfer pricing
• Coordinate month-end closing and prepare accruals
• Support internal and external audits, and perform ICS controls
• Prepare account reconciliations and provide ad hoc project support
