Fund Financial & Regulatory Reporting Analyst, Specialist

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Fund Finance and Regulatory Reporting team in Melbourne. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting for Vanguard Super and Australia, with an emphasis on sustainability reporting, finance data, and regulatory changes. The position requires strong technical expertise, data analysis skills, and the ability to manage complex reporting processes and influence stakeholders.

• Lead preparation and improvement of sustainability and regulatory reporting
• Support financial reporting and fund finance operations for Vanguard Super
• Interpret and implement new regulatory and accounting requirements
• Act as finance data steward for fund and regulatory reporting
• Partner with internal teams, administrators, and auditors
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members
