Associate Manager, Property Accounting

SS&C is seeking an Associate Manager for their Property Accounting team to support financial reporting for diverse property portfolios. This role involves reviewing lease accounting, managing acquisitions/dispositions, and collaborating with fund accounting and capital markets teams.

• Review and oversee lease accounting activities
• Manage accounting for acquisitions and dispositions
• Partner with capital markets on debt transactions
• Serve as a key liaison for third-party accountants
• Support onboarding and training of third-party managers
• Assist with tax and financial reporting deliverables
