Manager, Accounting & Reporting Advisory

Stout is seeking a Senior Manager for their Accounting & Reporting Advisory team. This role involves leading engagements, performing technical accounting research, preparing client deliverables, and supporting clients with complex accounting matters. The position requires a strong understanding of US GAAP, experience with M&A transactions, and the ability to interact with C-suite executives.

• Lead Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements
• Perform technical accounting research and document conclusions
• Prepare and review client deliverables, including accounting memoranda and financial statements
• Support clients with post-acquisition integration and technical accounting expertise
• Collaborate with clients ranging from early stage to publicly traded organizations
• Involve in business development and client pursuits
