Tax Specialist (UK)

As a Tax Specialist (UK) at Shell, you will be responsible for UK tax reporting and compliance activities, preparing tax returns for UK legal entities. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a solid understanding of direct tax, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tax obligations.

• Prepare tax returns and reporting for UK legal entities and Areas of Operation
• Support UK Corporate Tax and Petroleum Revenue Tax compliance
• Manage key tax assumptions, work instructions, and training frameworks
• Lead transition of new or additional direct tax activities
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
