• Manage general accounting functions including AP, invoicing, and payroll
• Oversee month-end closing and financial statement preparation
• Implement and manage internal controls for efficiency and cost containment
• Direct staffing, training, and performance management for the accounting team
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and relevant laws
