Sr. Manager, Tax Consol, CIP & Controls

Lead global tax consolidation, Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) accounting, and internal tax controls for DePuy Synthes within Johnson & Johnson. This role ensures accurate tax reporting, strong financial controls, and compliance during business transformation, partnering with various finance and tax teams.

• Lead global tax consolidation, provision, reporting, and compliance
• Oversee CIP accounting from a tax perspective
• Design, implement, and maintain robust tax controls
• Partner with Corporate Tax, Finance, and Controllership teams
• Serve as key liaison for internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
