Senior Financial Analyst

Kinder's is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for their growing Supply Chain and Operations teams. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, improve financial rigor, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced CPG environment.

• Support annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning for Supply Chain
• Prepare and improve recurring financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
• Analyze variances and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams
• Support COGS, gross margin, and supply chain cost reporting and analysis
• Build financial models for margin analysis and cost optimization
