About this role

Administer and maintain the university's fixed asset accounting and inventory management programs. This role performs complex accounting, reconciliation, compliance, and reporting for capital assets, equipment inventory, and related activities. You will collaborate with departments to ensure accurate asset tracking and financial reporting integrity.

Reconcile asset activity between subledger and general ledger
Audit and reconcile annual inventory data
Audit and reconcile disposal and transfer documentation
Maintain desktop procedure manual
