What we are looking for

Prepare and review quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC financial statements
Lead XBRL tagging efforts for SEC filings
Execute quarterly global balance sheet analytics
Record journal entries for global corporate accounting processes
Support external reporting deliverables including proxy statements and earnings releases
Maintain and document Sarbanes-Oxley controls
