Accountant

Tyson Foods is seeking an Accountant to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for their New London plant. This role involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and providing insights into operational results and cost-saving initiatives. You will partner with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and support process improvements.

• Support weekly and monthly close activities
• Report and provide insight to monthly operation results
• Analyze cost savings and cost reduction activities
• Prepare and track Capital Investment Requests
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and other departments
• Support internal and external audit activities
