Accountant, Development

Greystar is seeking a Development Accountant to manage all accounting duties for a project portfolio within our Central Region accounting team. This role involves financial accounting, cost accounting, budget management, and cash management, requiring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting for development projects.

• Manage financial accounting and reporting for development projects
• Oversee cost accounting and development/construction budget management
• Process project abstracts and understand underlying agreements
• Handle cash management, including bank reconciliations and forecasting
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 1-2 years of experience
