Financial Systems Analyst

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support our general ledger systems. You will be responsible for system development, implementation, analysis, and maintenance, including journal entries and account reconciliations. This role serves as a key liaison between accounting and technology teams, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

• Develop, implement, analyze, and maintain general ledger business systems
• Complete journal entries and account reconciliations
• Represent the department on projects impacting the ledger
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting systems and workflows
• Serve as accounting liaison to Technology
• Train staff on financial transactions within business systems
