Finance Controller

InterSystems is seeking a Finance Controller to manage operational financial management for the DACH region. This role involves overseeing accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and payroll preparation, acting as a key contact for leadership. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant fluent in German and English.

• Manage accounting for German and Swiss branches
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures
• Track monthly results and provide financial analysis
• Oversee payroll preparation and expense claim reviews
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and accounts receivable
• Improve financial systems and procedures
