This role involves supporting strategic transactions, underwriting equity investments, and structuring investment solutions for insurance companies. • Support evaluation, diligence, negotiation, and execution of strategic transactions with insurance companies
• Underwrite equity investments in specialty finance and origination platforms
• Assist in structuring investment solutions tailored to insurance company objectives
• Build and maintain financial models for transactions and insurer capital analysis
• Conduct due diligence on counterparties and targets
• Prepare investment committee memoranda and client presentations
