About this role

Leidos is seeking a Financial Services Budget Formulation Analyst to play a critical role in the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (IPPBE) process. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring budgets, contributing to the National Intelligence Program (NIP) budget formulation, and collaborating with government stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset to align financial resources with organizational goals and a deep understanding of the Intelligence Community's financial landscape.

What we are looking for

Provide expert guidance and reports on budget and financial activities
Support budget program execution and alignment with resources
Generate budget reports for customer offices, components, and NIP programs
Assist in developing and reviewing budget exercise submissions
Draft narratives and input for the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB)
Assess the IC budget across cross-functional areas and collaborate with IC partners

Work authorization

Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
