Finance Controller

JLL is seeking a Finance Controller in Warsaw to lead financial reporting and compliance for Poland and oversee outsourced accounting services in several CEE markets. This senior finance leader will manage a local team, ensure general ledger integrity, handle statutory reporting, and act as a key finance advisor to local leadership.

• Owns month-end close and general ledger integrity for Poland
• Manages statutory reporting and external audit for Poland and CEE markets
• Ensures internal control, risk management, and local compliance
• Applies technical accounting policies and manages local judgments
• Serves as finance advisor and team leader for the Poland Controllership team
• Oversees outsourced accounting providers across CEE markets
