Manager, Financial Accounting and Control

As a Manager, Financial Accounting and Control, you will oversee the delivery of centralized financial reporting and control services for London Stock Exchange Group subsidiaries. This role is crucial for driving continuous improvement, building process resilience, and managing key stakeholder relationships within the Finance CoE team.

• Ensure timely and accurate accounting in compliance with global policies and standards
• Manage bank reconciliations and drive process transformation
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and process gaps
• Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to financial controls
• Onboard new activities and align to the standard operating model
• Develop standardized training and monitor team performance KPIs
