Accounting Specialist

Arizona State University's Financial Services department is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support the Accounts Payable and Reimbursements team. This role involves processing invoices and reimbursements, reconciling supplier statements, and providing customer service. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement after an initial training period.

• Process high volume of invoices and expense reimbursements
• Utilize OCR and AI-enabled SmartBots for automation
• Conduct monthly research and reconciliation of supplier statements
• Respond to inquiries via email and telephone
• Support daily check run process
• Provide exceptional customer service
