Accounting Specialist

CRC is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations, including processing financial transactions, applying payments, and reconciling accounts. This hybrid role requires two days in-office in Oakbrook, IL, and reports to the Assistant Controller.

• Process and record incoming wire transfers, ACH payments, and other customer receipts
• Apply payments to customer accounts and maintain accurate accounting records
• Process vendor and legal payments
• Perform routine monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end accounting activities
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding outstanding balances
